1) Cancellation before dispatch
To cancel before dispatch, email {company["support_email"]} with your order reference. If the parcel has not been handed to the carrier, we can usually cancel and refund.
2) Returns window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Where an item is not returnable after opening (for hygiene reasons), that will be stated on the product page.
3) How to start a return
Contact support with your order reference, item name, and reason. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4) Refund timing
After we receive and inspect the return, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after receipt, depending on your payment provider.
5) Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and include photos if possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to availability and your preference.
